This series consists of a register of notes received from individuals or firms for collection. Included are the date when the note was received, the note number, the name of the drawer, the name of the payer, when the note is due, the amount of the note, and any special remarks concerning payment of the note. The Branch Bank at Huntsville includes the name of the person, Branch Bank, or firm from which the note was received, the name of the person or firm to whom the note is payable, the term of the note, to whom and when remitted for collection, the bank number, the payee number, and when the note was paid.
